To support O My Bag Amsterdam's participation in Fashion Revolution Week, a campaign identity was developed to bring the brand's circular initiatives to life across both physical and digital touchpoints. The campaign aimed to inspire conversation around transparency, repair and responsible consumption while remaining approachable, engaging and unmistakably O My Bag. Beyond traditional marketing materials, the identity transformed the brand's retail and office spaces into an immersive event environment that encouraged visitors to participate rather than simply observe.
The creative direction was guided by the organic shapes of leather off-cuts, using them as a visual framework to inform layouts, graphics and supporting assets throughout the campaign. To create continuity across O My Bag's communications, the colour palette was aligned with the green and blue tones of the Annual Impact Report launching at the same time, allowing both projects to feel connected while maintaining a distinctive identity for the event.
The campaign was designed to build anticipation before the event while transforming O My Bag's Amsterdam office into a Circular Studio for Fashion Revolution Week. Animated GIFs, social content and large-scale window installations across the Amsterdam stores promoted the takeover, creating a cohesive campaign that connected digital and physical touchpoints. By extending the identity beyond the event itself, the campaign encouraged visitors to engage with O My Bag's circular initiatives before, during and after the experience.
A cohesive visual identity was developed across social media, event communications, printed materials and environmental graphics, creating a seamless experience before, during and after the event. The campaign's graphic language was derived from the silhouettes of leather off-cuts repurposed into bag charms during the workshops, transforming production waste into a recognisable visual motif that reinforced O My Bag's commitment to circularity. The identity extended beyond print into the physical environment through bespoke window graphics and a complete redesign of O My Bag's office space. Originally created for Fashion Revolution Week, the space was transformed into a permanent educational experience showcasing the brand's circular production process. Designed as a flexible system, the visual language continues to support O My Bag's sustainability story across digital, print and spatial applications.
